Paul Cook talks with the City AM ahead of the party conference season

September 2017

As party conference season kicks off, Paul Cook sits down with some of London's leading property players and City AM to discuss what the industry would like to see brought up at the forthcoming events.

Appearing alongside the likes of Adam Challis from JLL, Trevor Abrahmson of Glentree International and Justin Gaze of Knight Frank, Paul puts forward his views on stamp duty and planning policy revisions alongside ideas for accommodating London's growth. Other contributors also raised the issue of cutting SDLT, measures to improve the delivery of housing, and political moves such as the long-term role of housing minister.
