The Brummell takes home the Highly Commended prize for Best Luxury Home at the 2017 London Evening Standard New Homes Awards

At a packed ceremony held at The Dorchester Hotel on Friday 19th May, The Brummell Penthouse, a collaboration between Dukelease and Oliver Burns, was presented with the Highly Commended award for Best Luxury Home.

Judged by industry experts and Evening Standard readers, the awards recognise excellence across the housing spectrum - from first-time buyer flats to family houses and mansions.

Honouring Jermyn Street’s world-class tailoring and British craftsmanship, The Brummell is the jewel in the crown of Beau House, a boutique development in St James’s, comprising seven one to three bedroom apartments and the spectacular turnkey penthouse.

Spanning 3,000 sq. ft. across three storeys and featuring an expansive roof terrace with near 360-degree views across London, the residence thoughtfully combines contemporary luxury with the classic craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality synonymous with British design.

To be acknowledged at the London Evening standard New Homes Awards amongst so many other fantastic developments, is a testament to the hard work of the entire project team for which Dukelease would like to extend their thanks and congratulations.
