Dukelease make CBRE Hot 100

Dukelease Properties has been ranked in CBRE's annual ‘Hot 100’ list of what's hot in the 2015 London housing market. Listed as one of London’s top ten developers to watch in 2016 alongside the likes of Grosvenor, Canary Wharf Group and Almacantar, Dukelease developments were featured prominently throughout the report.
Our latest super prime development, Beau House, located on Jermyn Street St James’s, was listed as one of London’s ‘Top 10 Boutique Schemes’ along with Hop House in Covent Garden, Artisan in Fitzrovia and the residential component of 11 Soho Street located on the corner of Oxford Street and Soho Street in London’s West End. All four schemes were recognised for demonstrating the beauty and detail that smaller schemes are renowned for, with niche and boutique schemes becoming ever more popular as buyers seek out that ‘hidden London gem’.
