The latest addition to the Dukelease portfolio, this scheme currently consists of three buildings including a former warehouse and two mixed use blocks with retail frontages onto Gray’s Inn Road. The site is conveniently placed between the creative West End and City of London business district providing a gateway to contemporary Clerkenwell at the rear. 

Dukelease and architects AHMM submitted a planning application for redevelopment in 2015. Working respectfully within the rich and diverse context of the original structures, the proposal aims to retain as much as possible of the existing fabric of the site, whilst extending it with contemporary architecture of the highest quality that will deliver vibrant, flexible spaces including new office space, shops and homes.
