Dukelease obtained planning consent for four luxury apartments situated above a restaurant on the ground floor and basement levels. The restaurant was pre-let to the Soho House Group as a base from which they established the “Little House” branded members' club.
The property was sold in 2011 after top to bottom structural and servicing contract managed by Dukelease.
